You will hire a contractor. The homeowner is responsible for selecting and hiring  a contractor. 
He is responsible for building the house.You will provide plans to the contractor. 

You will monitor the contractual commitments outlined in your contracts with the contractor.

You will  participate in the design process as required unless all responsibilities and design 
decisions are assigned to Insight Inc.

You will bring all interested parties into the design process at the beginning of the process or the 
contract is void: you will not shop the plans around during and after the design process.

You will communicate with us to discover your dreams and desires which will  allow us to help you 
manifest those dreams.

You will define the scope of work thoroughly and adhere to the decisions that have been made or 
recognize that financial and time investment requirements will increase.

You will ask questions so that you understand the process you are engaging in.

You will  establish a hierarchy for reporting to the builder and designer related to design issues.

You will explore the known and unknown risks relative to the project.

You will determine and establish the timing.

You will explore options so that you know this is the correct process and project for you.
